Title: Eyes never lie.
Description: Bull’s eye maculopathy like lesion in a 42 year old female, having history of use of clomipramine for depression. The corresponding fundus autofluorescence showing central hypo autofluorescence and a surrounding ring of hyper autofluorescence.

Title: Spotlight on Shadows: Vitreous Cyst Amidst Retinitis Pigmentosa.
Description: Case of 49-year-old female presenting with chief complaint of night blindness progressively worsening over the past year. Her best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA) was hand motion (HM) in the right eye and 5/60 in the left eye. Slit-lamp examination revealed early posterior subcapsular cataracts (PSC) in both eyes. Fundus examination revealed bilateral retinitis pigmentosa- characterized by pale discs, attenuated vessels, and bony spicules extending from the periphery towards the posterior pole. However, the right eye exhibited an additional finding of an idiopathic vitreous cyst, a rare occurrence not typically associated with retinitis pigmentosa.

Title: Medusa’s Gaze: Neovascularization in Choriorerinal Scar.
Description:This is a case of a 46-year-old female patient whose retinochoroidal scar was complicated by neovascularization. The patient complained of visual distortion in right eye. A fundoscopic examination identified a vitreous haemorrhage and retinochoroidal scar along with concomitant neovascularization. Optical coherence tomography angiography (OCT-A) demonstrated aberrant vasculature that matched the neovascular tufts that were developing into the vitreous gel of the eye above the retinochoroidal scar. During the late recirculation phase, fluorescein angiography revealed tiny, asymmetrical hyperfluorescent tufts of new vessels with dye leaking into the surrounding vitreous. After receiving intravitreal anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (anti-VEGF) therapy, the patient’s neovascularization declined and her visual acuity stabilised.
