Description: A 21 year female presented with blurring of vision in right eye since 10 days. Her bcva in re was 4/60. On examination her re fundus showed supero temporal dilated vessel with elevated mass and oct showed macular edema. She underwent ffa which showed capillary leakage at the base of mass and she was diagnosed with retinal capillary hemangioma. She was advised mri/mra brain which she underwent and was found to have few cysts in brain with no leakage. A case of von hippel lindau disease was made. She underwent intravitreal ranibizumab injection followed by laser to the feeder vessel. Her macular edema was resolved and vision was improved.
