Abstract:
A 23 year old boy presented with sub internal limiting membrane (sub-ILM) hemorrhage in right eye, as a result of Valsalva manuever. Best corrected visual acuity was 20/200. Sub-ILM hemorrhage, over macula was about 5 * 3 disc diameter in size and consisted of dehemoglobinized plus red blood in DROP configuration, which resembled ” BI-COLOR BINDI ON RETINA”.
