Title: Garlands of “Silicon” Beads
Description: A 60-year-old gentleman presented 2 years after vitrectomy with silicon oil tamponade for rhegmatogenous retinal detachment in his right eye. On clinical examination, he had significant silicon oil emulsification with disc pallor and attached retina. Swept-source optical coherence tomography radial scans centered on the optic disc showed a layer of emulsified silicon oil particles (ESOP) over papillary and juxta papillary region along with hyperreflective silicon oil meniscus. The optic disc cup was also full of ESOP. This appearance resembled ‘Garlands of “Silicon” Beads’.

Title: Traumatic Posterior Dislocation of Cataract Lens
Description: A 62-years- male presented with sudden diminution of vision and pain in LE following blunt trauma by a wooden stick while cutting wood in an agricultural field 4 days ago. BCVA RE 6/6 and LE 6/24 (+10D). The Anterior segment of the LE showed diffuse congestion with a linear abrasion of 0.5*0.5mm in size, with vitreous strands touching corneal endothelium, Iridodonesis, traumatic mydriasis, and traumatic aphakia. The Fundus of LE showed a posteriorly dislocated cataractous lens in the vitreous cavity (Image) along with PVD. Based on findings LE closed globe injury with traumatic aphakia was made. The patient was advised and underwent LE PPV+PPL+SFIOL under GVP.

Title: Multicolor Imaging in a case of Optic Disc Pit Maculopathy
Description: Figure 1a: Multicolor image (MCI) showing a well-demarcated dark black area in the temporal aspect of the optic nerve head suggestive of an ODP. The macular area appeared green due to retinal elevation with a central orangish hue to increased light transmission from the overlying thinned-out retina and underlying subretinal fluid. Figure 1b: Fundus autofluorescence (FAF) showing hypoautofluorescent lesions circumferentially around the optic disc suggestive of previous laser marks. Additionally subretinal fluid and intraretinal schisis fluid gave hyperautofluorescent signals. Figure 1c: Spectral domain optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT) clearly demonstrates a large area of neurosensory detachment with multilayered intraretinal splitting (retinoschisis).

Title: “Crown of impending doom”
Description: A 37-year-old type 1 diabetic patient who was treatment naïve presented to the Ophthalmology OPD. The florid neo-vascularisation of the left optic disc was documented.

Title: Sun set with Starry Sky
Description: This is a Ultrawide Retinal Image showing Sunset Glow Fundus, multiple nummular chorioretinal atrophic lesions in chronic recurrent stage of Vogt Koyanagi Harada Syndrome.VKH is a severe bilateral granulomatous panuveitis associated with serous retinal detachments, disc edema, vitritis and eventual development of sunset glow fundus which is an autoimmune inflammatory condition mediated by T-cells that target melanocytes. There is choroidal depigmentation with bright red-orange hue of choroid.
