Title: Birds on a tree appearance in Chronic CSCR
Description: A 45-year-old male presented with a diminution of vision in both eyes. Fundus autofluorescence montage of the right eye demonstrated areas of hypo autofluorescence surrounded by hyper autofluorescence, extending inferiorly in a pattern consistent with gravitational tracts. These findings are suggestive of chronic central serous chorioretinopathy and resemble the appearance of birds perched on a tree branch.

Title: VKH: An Autoimmune Artist at Work!
Description: A 36year old gentleman presented with complaints of diminution of vision in both eyes since 3 days. On examination, his best corrected visual acuity was 6/12 N36 in right eye and 6/9 N10 in left eye, intraocular pressure was 16mmhg both eyes, rest of the anterior segment examination was within normal limits. Fundus examination showed multiple serous detachments in both eyes.
Multi color image shows multiple pockets of sub retinal fluid (SRF) in both eyes, which can be seen as an orangish brown elevated lesions all over the posterior pole and periphery. Wide field optical coherence tomography shows multiple serous detachments with choroidal undulations.
A comprehensive work-up was performed to rule out infectious etiologies, and no evidence of infection was found. Based on clinical and imaging findings, a diagnosis of acute Vogt Koyanagi Harada (VKH) was made. The patient was advised to begin intravenous methylprednisolone (IVMP) therapy.
