Title: The Ominous Rise of an Apocalyptic Mushroom Cloud
Description: A 75-year-old male with no comorbidities developed sudden diminution of vision in his right eye (OD) since 20 days following a fall from his bike. The best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA) in right eye (OD) and left eye (OS) was counting finger 1m and 6/12 respectively with normal intraocular pressures. The fundus evaluation of right eye (OD) revealed the presence of a 2 DD dome-shaped area of altered sub-hyaloid haemorrhage (SHH) obscuring the fovea with pre-retinal haemorrhages above the arcades. The OCT macula showed a localized hyaloid detachment with underlying homogenous hyperreflectivity suggestive of sub-hyaloid bleed with the presence of full-thickness macular hole (FTMH) and a uniform hyperreflectivity through the stalk like projection within the FTMH due to the migration of the bleed into the subretinal space and down across the breach in the disrupted Bruch membrane. This imaging silhouette closely resembles a billowing smoke cloud from the detonation of a nuclear bomb.

Description: Retromode posterior segment imaging of a 50 year old hypermetropic female with idiopathic choroidal folds with colour fundus photographs attached for reference. Choroidal folds appear as a pseudo three dimensional image in a deep linear fashion.

Title: Cigar Roll in the Eye
Description: 20 years old female came with complaint of sudden diminution of vision in the left eye since 5 months. There was no history of trauma, wearing of thick glasses. On examination, patient had no perception of light in the left eye, anterior segment was normal, lens clear. Fundus showed closed funnel retinal detachment with uniquely folded retina like a cigar roll and prominent blood vessels which can be seen just behind the lens. Two subretinal cysts were also appreciated on either side of the rolled retina and adjacent bare choroid was also seen.
